Reese Bears Arrive!

This week, I was so blessed to receive two Reese Bears from Bridget/Molly Bears. Like all of the angel moms who have requested a bear from Molly Bears, I was very excited to receive our Reese Bear. I couldn't wait to feel 7 lbs. 14 oz. in my arms. To my delight and surprise, Bridget was generous enough to also send an extra bear for Riley ("Mini Reese" Bear - or maybe "Reese's Pieces?") that weighs about 2 lbs. (and much more manageable for her to carry around). 

As you can see below, Bridget put her usual personal touches into the Reese Bears. She special ordered Reese's (brand) buttons for the bear's heart and foot, knowing that I always think of Reese when I see this logo. For Riley's mini bear, she added a pink heart and pink bow - Riley's favorite color. I was speechless when I saw both and it brought me to tears. Riley loves her bear as well. We went outside for an impromptu, mini photo shoot so I could share the bears with you.

Holding the Reese Bear gives me an opportunity to feel Reese's weight in my arms and it automatically brings me comfort. While holding Reese Bear the first time, I immediately thanked God for bringing me to Bridget and Molly Bears. Knowing how much comfort the bears bring me and my family, I am so glad I am able to help Bridget bring comfort to even more families through Molly Bears.

Thank you to everyone who has donated already or who are planning on donating. You are bringing so much comfort and joy to families across the country.

NOTE: the amazing quilt was made especially for Reese by our wonderful family friends. They even stitched in "Reese Aleyna" into the quilt. I will share better pictures of these soon!
