| Pregnant with Reese (19 weeks) |
I'm a 30-something working mom with one amazing, supportive husband and two beautiful daughters.
My oldest, Riley, is 2.5 years old. She makes me laugh every day with her smarts and her silliness. She is my sunshine.
My youngest, Reese, was born stillborn on August 24, 2010, one week before she was scheduled to be born (kicking and screaming!) by c-section. The cause is still unknown. She was a gorgeous baby who only lived for a short time on Earth but will always, always live in our hearts. She is now my angel.
Her death does not define me but it does change me. I am a different person, hopefully a better and more compassionate person. I am so thankful for all of the people that have supported me and my family through this experience. I hope that I am able pay it forward every day.

Be kind to each other, hug your kids, live and enjoy each minute of your life, and choose to be happy.
